Adams Homes is a husband and wife residential design and construction company based in Niwot, Colorado. Adams Homes was started in 2001 as a design only company and worked under the name of Adams Design Inc. In 2008, after realizing the benefit of constructing your own designs, Adams Design became Adams Homes, a design-build company.

Jeff Adams has been working in the residential design industry for over fifteen years. He is originally from Iowa where he got his start in the home building industry as the son of a home builder, and worked for design firms such as Ahmann Design. Jeff moved to Colorado in 1999 where he worked for other high end residential architecture firms such as Knudson Gloss Architects and DTJ Design. He focused on custom homes and high end production homes.

Beth Adams has also been working in the residential design field for over fifteen years, and holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado. Beth met her husband Jeff at DTJ Design where she worked for over twelve years as a Senior Designer and Project Manager. Beth specializes in designing homes for the second home market and has worked in locations such as Palm Springs, California; Scottsdale, Arizona; Park City, Utah, and Mountain Village, Colorado.
